Any type of breathing is highly recommended
You can simply change your breathing and not take any pills to get rid of the sickness
We have lots of different breaths, When we are angry we breath different. when we are having sex our breath changes
when we laugh we breath different, when we are sad or cry it changes
when we sleep its different or when we meditate it changes
You can simply change your mood by breathing differently
Pay attention to your breathing and see how it changes. Learn it and apply it other times to see how you shift
Awareness and being in state of here and now will help you achieve lots of things about ourselves
Oxygen is food for our body
we only get it from breathing
oxygen keeps cells alive
prevents cells from cancer
Gives a flow to energy in body
